BERNINA Foot #20 MSRP: $44.99 (Sonja's Comments): As a quiltmaker, the #37 and #57 feet are "favorites" -- however, I view these two as "necessary" for quiltmaking. The #20 foot is next in line: And is my favorite! Why? I am able to make small borders of any size between 1/16" to 1/2" - and be "accurate". (Lynne's Comments): #20 (C/D). The open front makes it easy for me to see exactly where the needle is striking when doing things like machine embroidery. I highly recommend this foot. Sewing an accurate 1/4 inch seam makes your quilting dreams come true - it is so much easier when all of your pieces come together. This quilting foot for use with rulers is a great way to get professional looking results even for beginners. Web Shopping for BERNINA Presser Foot #72	BERNINA Foot #50 MSRP: $219.99 (Nancy's Comments): There are many favorite feet and I must say that I am impressed that each Bernina foot has a very special purpose and does that specific job very well.   One of my favorites is # 50  - the walking foot.  I don't have Dual feed on my Bernina and the walking foot keeps all layers together for each stitch.  I use it for binding attachment, border attachment, matching stripes and plaids, and sewing through thicker materials and for quilting.    I could not get along without it. (Amy's Comments): This foot is great for applying binding to quilts, bags, and stitching through anything that is thick and cumbersome.
