Description This is a great class to try your hand at a modern looking quilt. Looks hard but it is made mostly from strip sets. It is a good way to lean into that modern look but fabrics change the look of this class. If you ever need a guy quilt this one fits the bill. Hope you decide to try this modern looking quilt. Beaded Lace Two-Session Class Tue, Jan 6, 2026 10:00am - 4:00pm Wed, Feb 18, 2026 10:00am - 4:00pm

Description Beaded Lace is a beautiful Studio 180 quilt designed by Sarah Furrer. By combining Corner Beam units with Uneven Chain units, you are able to create a jeweled, beaded effect. The accent fabrics add rich color contrasts to the multi-color mediums. This is a great project to use some of your fat quarters for the lap and queen size quilts. Make it scrappy, "planned scrappy" or choose coordinated fat quarters. All of the options create a dazzling effect. It can be made in 3 sizes, Lap, Queen, and King. All sizes are made with the same block construction, only the block size is different. For this quilt, students will need the Studio 180 Corner Beam Tool and the Tucker Trimmer 1. Ruler available in the store for purchase. Sunkissed Stars Wed, Mar 11, 2026 10:00am - 4:00pm

Description The movement in this quilt keeps your eye looking at the entire quilt and not just one area. The half rectangles give you the illusion of a pineapple block, but it is not. The quilt can be done in a number of fabrics like my sample or just 5 colors and a background. Half rectangles are big right now in the quilting world and that is what drew me to this quilt. What I really like about this pattern is that there is no need for a specialty ruler. In Class we will be working on making 2-3 blocks. Freya Quilt Wed, Jun 10, 2026 10:00am - 4:00pm

Description The Freya Quilt is the second in my series that I am doing this year on scrap quilts. No scraps no problem you can use a jelly roll. This class works up fast and gives a wonderful modern feel to a scrap quilt.in class we will learn how to put blocks on point and how to line them up so they all stack on top of each other. Quilt does not call for border but I decided to put one on my smaller sample. My smaller sample I made it even more scrappy by using 2 different fabrics. Description "Here fishy fishy". Living at the beach I'm drawn to beachy quilts. This is a fun one to make. We will make multiple half square triangles at a time. We learn how to square them up. We will spend the first day making our components and day 2 putting our blocks together. Description Tucker University is a monthly series of classes for the STudio 180 Design Tools and Techniques by Deb Tucker. It's an exciting opportunity to help quilters build their skills and accuracy. The course consists of 12 classes; each classes covers a different Studio 180 Design tool. Each class builds upon the previous increasing in complexity and design opportunity. In each class, students will make 4" units to combine and create quilt blocks. Whether you are an experienced quilter or new to the process, this class will work for you.
