Youth Sewing Separate One-Afternoon Class Dates Sun, Apr 13, 2025 1:30pm - 4:30pm Sun, May 11, 2025 1:30pm - 4:30pm

Description >tr> April "Hold it, Fold it" little bag Students will sew a fabric rectangle from two contrasting fabrics. By folding and sewing the rectangular shape, students will create a drawstring bag. This lined drawstring bag will have outside pockets and a nicely finished interior! May Students will make a Mesh Beach Bag. Supplies needed include general sewing supplies and a working sewing machine. Check with the store (ask for Nancy) for other specific needs for a class. You and your adult will be using the machine together. Students ages 8-16. Students need to bring their own sewing machine in good working order. Youth Sewing Camp Week-long (Monday-thru-Friday) Class Mon-Friday, June 23-27, 2025 10:30am - 4:30pm
Description Students between the ages of 10-16 will be learning to make their first quilt top with fat quarters using their own sewing machine. Students will learn how to sandwich the layers of the quilt, quilt the layers on the sewing machine and bind the quilt edge. Students ages 10-16. Students need to bring their own sewing machine in good working order.
