Description Join Jean Werling for monthly Garment Building Blocks Series. Come to one class or come to all! Build your garment making knowledge and skills with Jean as she focuses on a variety of patterns to highlight various construction techniques. Finish your garment within the class sessions. Patterns and material available in the shop. June - Chai Tee This month will be a Chai Tee Pull On Top. Class Fee: $40.00 Instructor: Check With the Store July - Landers Pant and Shorts The Lander pattern is a pant and short with a high waist and button fly. The design includes front and back patch pockets, belt loops, and a straight fit through the legs. You will learn adding a zipper and fitted waistband as well as external pockets. Address Pillow Thu, Aug 14, 2025 10:00am - 2:30pm

Description Learn to applique numbers and construct your pillow with cording and a lapped zipper. When placed on a chair or bench on your front porch, this pillow provides a unique way to identify your house number with added curb appeal. These make fabulous housewarming or hostess gifts. (Other students have made these pillows with letters instead to put a child's name on it.) Using a light box we will trace your house numbers, and using Steam-A-Seam Lite we will adhere them to your pre-quilted or plain background. Then using a simple blanket, zig-zag or satin stitch, we will applique the numbers to your background. We will then learn to make and install cording, install your zipper and assemble the pillow.
