Description Trunk Show Join Sarah Thomas of SARIDITTY for a class on color study. Do you have that favorite cut of fabric that you just don't know how to use or what fabrics to match up with it? Is choosing cohesive fabric colors and prints to use on a pattern not your forte? Sarah recently released a book of patterns, "Rainbow Quilt Color Method." But it isn’t just a collection of 15 beautiful quilts to make...it’s also a course study on how to confidently choose fabric for multi-color and monotone designs. Sarah shares her approach to selecting a harmonious palette that achieves design strength through color placement. She then goes on to explain how she uses color saturation and color value to make the same quilt with alternate coloration. Filled with techniques that, in many cases, let the consumers choose their own preferences to achieve their own results. It also includes instruction for basic patchwork, piecing curves, English and foundation paper piecing, and appliqué. Get ready to take a deep dive into the color wheel, and you'll leave with a newfound appreciation of all the possible color configurations ready to be made into keepsake quilts. Merry and Bright BOM Embroidery Quilt BOM - Once-A-Month Sessions Wed, Nov 20, 2024 10:00am - 1:00pm Wed, Dec 18, 2024 10:00am - 1:00pm

Description The Merry & Bright Christmas Quilt is designed to give all levels of embroidery sewists a fun month by month project to complete for Christmas 2024. The classes for this quilt project will be monthly. All machines are welcome, but you do need a larger hoop capacity. A wall hanging is available to make if your hoops are smaller than 7” x 14”.
